Privacy Policy

Minidocs is designed as a local-first macOS document app. This policy explains what information Minidocs handles and how it is used.

Information You Create

Documents, images, style files, and project data you create in Minidocs are stored on your Mac or in your iCloud Drive container, depending on your device configuration and storage availability. Minidocs does not operate a separate Minidocs account service for this data.

iCloud

If iCloud Drive is available, Minidocs may store project files in the app's iCloud container so they can sync through Apple's iCloud services. Apple handles iCloud storage and syncing under Apple's own terms and privacy policy.

Analytics and Tracking

Minidocs does not include third-party advertising SDKs or behavioral tracking. The app does not sell personal information.

Files and Exports

When you export a PDF, copy HTML, or add an image, the app processes the content needed to complete that action on your Mac using app and system capabilities.

Support

If you contact support by email, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, message, screenshots, or diagnostic details. We use that information to respond to your request.

Changes

We may update this policy as Minidocs changes. The latest version will be posted on this page.
