Use of the App

Minidocs is provided for creating, previewing, and exporting documents. You are responsible for the content you create, import, store, and export with the app.

Your Content

You retain ownership of your documents and files. Minidocs does not claim ownership of the content you create with the app.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Minidocs in a way that violates applicable law, infringes others' rights, or attempts to disrupt the app, website, or related services.

No Warranty

Minidocs is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every specific use case.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Minidocs and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the app.

Apple

If you downloaded Minidocs from the Mac App Store, Apple is not responsible for Minidocs or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms as required by Apple's App Store terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Minidocs after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
